(BUYERS) PLEASE NOTE  :  

Caring For Your Custom Crocs-

Custom products are designed with the use of strong bonding adhesives but,  
(everyday wear is NOT recommended). 

Be mindful that excessive wear along with strenuous activity and/or environmental-weather conditions can ALL unfortunately, decrease the longevity of stones adhering to the crocs.  Also, note that crocs are made of durable rubber material,DO NOT EXPOSE CROCS TO HEAT FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, AS CROCS MAY STRINK OR WITHER , AS STATED ON THE CROCS WEBSITE.

****(I strongly suggest a (wood, plastic, metal adhesive) for touch-ups in case a 
       stone\bead becomes loose or come off)****

Sofa Hen Design accepts responsibility for issues related to the designs of the custom product within 3 days after product has been delivered.  Any issues outside of this timeframe, SHD is not responsible for.

****Adult supervision should be advised due to choking hazards caused by stones/beads/ metal pieces that may come apart from product.****

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
